The Elbin were busy securing locations for residents and businesses. All three groups had decided to forego placing military facilities for now. They wanted to have further discussions before starting such endeavors.
But the Elosen were not military and they were seen as vital by the Milana so their facilities were made a priority. This is where Tarla was. Because she was a minor seer that could focus in on an individual from a great distance she would prove to be a very vital asset to the Elosen and the Shrians.
She was working with Posha and Sham in one of the newly constructed skyscrapers that would serve as the Elosen headquarters. The Elosen headquarter complex would consist of four skyscrapers and five high level security buildings that will serve different purposes from training to interrogations.
