A group of prison guards armed with guns burst into Shorty's cell.
Lando rushed to the toilet and took a look inside.
All he saw was a hole where the toilet used to be, opening deep into the ground, seemingly bottomless.
The hole wasn't large, with a diameter of only about fifty to sixty centimeters, leading straight down.
Lando pulled out a flashlight, turned it on, and shone it inside.
The soil was very fresh and moist, clearly dug out only recently.
"Balrot... and others!"
A dreadful thought suddenly struck him.
He led his men out of Shorty's cell and ran towards the other inmates' rooms.
The results were the same.
The men were gone, holes dug out in the toilets.
Lando's face turned pale, he grabbed the intercom and called out, "Prison break! Prison break! Alert immediately!"
Before long, the sharp alarm echoed across the entire prison.
