The two men at the front door stopped hiding as well, turning on their flashlights and shining them into the room through the windows. Of course, they did so alternately, not standing directly in front of the windows themselves. After a few flashes, they turned off the flashlights. One of them took out a cell phone and started communicating in a low voice. It was just too bad they were outside, so Jimmy couldn't hear what was being said.
