After the festival, Bell retold his experiences with Freya and stunned the whole of Hestia Familia.
Harry was, of course, unaffected, so he spoke first: "So, you got yourself a goddess. Good job, kid."
Bell also explained that he had secured a sort of alliance with the Freya Familia, and Harry grinned; he was undoubtedly the strongest being on the planet, but if he left, Bell would have to step up soon. It's good that he gathers some friends by his side; help is help, and it is never bad to have some of it.
After the conversation, a knock on the door was heard; it was Freya and Loki, and they had their captains with them, so it must be something serious for sure.
Harry welcomed them in, and as they sat, Freya, with her delicate features and passive charm, nearly charmed all of the people there before she even spoke, but Harry used some magic to disperse it, and so another conversation started.
"The School District will be coming here really soon since it's a bit ahead of schedule. We must consider what the cause might be," Finn opened the discussion with a stern yet kind voice, laced with something akin to slight worry.
"Oh, you want to know? I could scan the planet if you want." Harry proposed as his body was enveloped with a barely visible layer of greenish-blue magical energy.
He sent it out in a pulse, and using a method similar in nature to a bat's ecolocation, he localized possible disturbances.
Snapping out of his partially meditative state, he opened his sharp eyes and bluntly stated his results.
"It seems the Black Dragon has shown signs of near-awakening, meaning, according to this world's standards, a world-class threat will emerge soon. I'd say it's a matter of concern when it comes to the earlier than normal arrival of the School District in Orario, wouldn't you agree?"
This information stole the breath of all but Harry and his wives. Gasps echoed in the living room of Hestia Familia as a thick fog of despair seemed to permeate the atmosphere.
"So, what about it, Bell? Want to go kick a Dragon's ass?" Yoruichi asked with a smirk barely visible as she tried to sound serious, but her teasing and adventurous nature won over, and a giggle escaped her pretty lips. The others, Kaguya, Hermione, Daphne, Fleur, and Tracey, joined in too. For them, it wasn't that difficult to beat that Dragon; they are gods, not on par but superior to the ones of Danmachi.
Bell was shocked and couldn't respond; of course he wanted to become a hero after slaying the last one of the three great monsters, but the process of defeating the said creature, when the whole Zeus and Hera Familia got wiped out attempting to do so and failing to inflict any form of lasting harm onto it,.
A sound akin to an airship landing could be heard as a massive building complex landed near the Hearth Manor; it was the School District.
Hestia Familia, Freya, Ottar, Loki, and Finn exited their current house to welcome the new arrivals. The first one to come out was Baldr, the headmaster of the district, flanked by Leon Varderburg and Malik Alfort, both head teacher and teacher, respectively.
"Yo."
Harry casually greeted them before vanishing from sight, and the only thing anybody noticed but a mere moment later was a shockwave that echoed as Harry's fist was blocked by Leon after the former tried landing an attack on Malik, the elf looking shocked as hell since he hadn't noticed it either.
"Hm, it seems you're better than big Boaz over there." Harry said, casually joking about a level 7 while being blocked by another level 7.
"Buuut, Bell's better probably; I do want to see how you would fare against my student, heh."
Removing himself from Leon, he apologized to Baldr and Malik along with Leon for the sudden attack; he wanted to know whether or not they'd be a valuable asset when it came to the Dragon.
They all proceeded to enter the Hestia Familia's estate again, now with three more people, and discuss some plans against that huge black dragon.
"Since Zeus and Hera Familia were unable to handle the Dragon, we won't be able to defeat it unless you've got something, right, Baldi~?" Loki asked as she rubbed her chin in a weird imitation of a wise man.
"Indeed, I believe that if all adventurers Level 6 and above from all over the Globe should join the School District and train with each other, pushing themselves beyond their limits and leveling up more rapidly—"
"While that may be, I might have a better idea, my dear Gods and Adventurers," Harry interjected with a smirk dancing across his lips as he thumbed the table in a rhythm.
"How about me and my wives go on a little adventure? We'll kick the lizard's butt and return with its head. I'm taking' Bell with me and anybody Lv7 who wants to join." Harry says while glancing at a group of people, Bell and the other Lv 7s, Finn, Ottar, and Leon.
"How about it? Y'all want to join me or not?"
Leon nodded to Harry as he opened his mouth to respond, That seems a bit better, but where does your confidence come from? What makes you so certain of being able to defeat the Black Dragon itself?"
"It's simple, Leon-kun. I am a god, a god far beyond any you see here, and my power is not restricted by being here on Gekai. And also, I am Death, the one true end for all. Gods may not age, and yet they will fade, and this is what makes me unique: I am the one who will come to reap their souls. A mere Dragon with some 'special' powers isn't of any concern to me whatsoever."
"Very well," Leon said, clearly stunned but willing to accept what he heard, showing his adaptability.
Ottar simply nodded, and Finn did the same.
All eyes turned to Bell, who fidgeted uncomfortably with so many eyes on him; he eventually delivered a nod too, making things certain now. A team of Harry, his wives, Leon, Finn, Ottar, and Bell will go to Dragon Valley and kill the one-eyed Black Dragon.
At any cost necessary, the world needed them to do so.
