3rd May 2024, names of those that applied were released. As I didn't have a smartphone I wasn't even aware that the lists were out already. As I was home doing some chores I had my phone ring, the moment I saw it was Annabelle I picked up immediately cause I had taken long without hearing from her so I even happy to hear from, you know she is the only friend I could ever talk to freely. Raulic do you know what, I was like what's up gal. The list for the academic year 2024/2025 were released yesterday. Really as am not even aware of it. Oops you better check out your name already. And I told her but I haven't received a phone yet but could you please check out for me if my name is among the list. So she did as I said and the next day I received a call telling me that I got accepted.I was accepted doing a bachelor's degree in actuarial science but I wasn't even aware what it was all about. And since I was accepted I had to the course. Therefore I went to my mom's button phone opened google and searched for a bachelor's of science in actuarial science, I read and saw that this course is all about mathematics. I was very happy since mathematics has always been my favorite subject so I hoped more of the course it was math I just went along with it. And so I went ahead and first told my mom and she was very happy for me and then told my dad but to my disappoinment, my dad just told me he has no money to take me to the university. I became very sad since I worked very hard to the extent of borrowing the application fee so that the application can be accepted. I was like God is this really the end of this but I will never give since I was able to get the money for applying, the money for joining the university will also come
I always had faith in God in everything that came my way.
