"George, what's this thing now?"

With Killian dealt with, only one figure remained—a blueskinned being, clearly not human. The group eyed the creature curiously, unsure of its origins.

Without hesitation, George sealed it inside a containment cube and explained, "This guy is Hai Sha. He's an Atlantean."

"Atlantean?"

Everyone exchanged puzzled glances.

First Wakanda had surprised them, and now Atlantis? Just how many hidden civilizations existed on Earth?

"They're an aquatic race. I'll keep him locked up for now and decide what to do with him later," George added before tossing Hai Sha into the cube.

Through Hai Sha's memories, George realized that Atlantis in this universe was different from the version in his past life's movies.

In those films, Atlantis was a nation born from 16thcentury Mesoamerican Maya who, after suffering under colonial oppression, consumed an herb infused with Vibranium, granting them the ability to live underwater.

But in this world, Atlantis was an ancient civilization that had existed on Earth since antiquity.

Their current king, Namor, was a hybrid—born to an Atlantean princess and a mutant father before World War II. As a result, he not only inherited the Atlanteans' underwater adaptability but also possessed the mutant ability to fly.

Hai Sha, on the other hand, was a pureblood Atlantean. He despised Namor as a halfbreed unworthy of the throne and had repeatedly attempted to overthrow him, though all his rebellions had failed.

If Namor cared about Hai Sha's fate, he would come looking for him. If he didn't, then after some time, George could simply dispose of him—after all, he wasn't exactly a decent person.

Advancing His Research

With everything settled, the group dispersed. George, too, returned to his research, diving deeper into magic.

Having already mastered alchemy, he now aimed to integrate various magical systems from different worlds. His next goal? To make his entire school levitate and transform it into a floating city.

He also planned to create enchanted objects like Portkeys, magical school buses, and bewitched vehicles—one by one, they would all come to life.

As for the broader consequences of the recent major events?

Things like the drastic shakeup within the U.S. government, worldwide speculation about the origins of Asgardian soldiers and Frost Giants, the growing fanaticism surrounding George and other superheroes, and even the shifting global power balance—

George couldn't be bothered to care.

He had grown strong enough that the opinions of ordinary people simply didn't matter anymore.

A Secret Laboratory Outside Academy City

Meanwhile, in a secret base outside Academy City, one of George's clones had been studying the magical knowledge extracted from the mind of Sherry Cromwell, an expert in Puritan magic. His efforts had yielded significant progress.

For him, researching time magic to save the Fairy Tail members was a top priority. However, time magic wasn't something that could be mastered quickly.

He couldn't afford to dedicate all his clones to a single pursuit.

Thus, he distributed his focus accordingly:

His clone in the Fairy Tail world concentrated entirely on time magic.

His main body in the Marvel universe devoted much of its energy to the same field.

His other clones explored various magical disciplines across different worlds, delving deeper into their mysteries.

These parallel investigations might even lead to unexpected breakthroughs in time magic, and improving his overall magical prowess would naturally aid his research.

The clone stationed in Academy City continued working on two fronts—

1. Manipulating Kihara Amata to develop more advanced superpowers for him.

2. Analyzing the vast knowledge of Puritan magic obtained from Sherry.

Extracting Knowledge from Sherry Cromwell

Sherry had been a highranking member of Necessarius, the Church of Necessary Evil. Having grown up in the Puritan Church, she had a solid foundation in magical theory.

Aside from her expertise in golem magic, she had also studied countless spellbooks covering various types of magic.

After all, knowing an enemy's magical principles made it easier to counter them.

George absorbed this knowledge rapidly. He quickly mastered Sherry's golem magic, then moved on to various runebased spells and incantation magic, many of which intrigued him.

For example:

A fiery sword infused with red and blue flames, formed entirely from runes.

A runeengraved spell that summoned an undying flame giant, capable of continuously reviving within the rune's boundaries and relentlessly pursuing enemies until they were annihilated.

A warding rune similar to the MuggleRepelling Charm, which drove away ordinary people and prevented interference.

A longrange "Red Technique" that functioned like a missile, allowing precise magical attacks across vast distances.

A "Black Technique" capable of conjuring a massive water barrier to protect an entire city.

Each of these spells expanded his arsenal, bringing him one step closer to mastering the ultimate secrets of magic.

Expanding Magical Mastery

He also mastered the FourRing Li Formation, a spell that could detect enemy locations within a threekilometer radius, centering around the caster.

The reason he was able to learn and comprehend so many spells so quickly was simple—many of the magical principles behind them overlapped with those he had already studied in other worlds.

Although magic systems varied between different universes, the core theories often shared similarities. Once he had a solid foundation, adapting to a new system was just a matter of tweaking his approach.

In fact, thanks to his prior knowledge, he wasn't just learning these spells—he was modifying and enhancing them, making them significantly more powerful.

Take the Flame Sword, for example. Normally, it was composed of flames burning at 3,000 degrees Celsius. But he infused it with three distinct fire properties—Demonic Fire, Cursed Fire, and Dragon Fire—significantly boosting its offensive capabilities.

Now, the sword didn't just burn enemies upon impact—it also inflicted curses, darknessbased effects, and other debuffs.

Additionally, instead of merely drawing in external mana to sustain itself, he devised a way to directly inject his own magic power, increasing the sword's size and destructive force.

Another case was the RuneEngraved Flame Giant. Normally, summoning it required attaching specially inscribed rune talismans around the area. If those talismans were removed, soaked in water, or their markings blurred, the spell would weaken or even dispel entirely.

But by incorporating Fairy Tail's spellcasting techniques, he developed a method to inscribe runes using pure magic energy. This made the runes invisible, indestructible, and virtually undetectable—ensuring the Flame Giant could persist without relying on fragile physical talismans.

Breaking Through to Level Five

"Time to head to the lab."

Checking the time, George activated Apparition with Invisibility, vanishing from his current location and reappearing at the entrance of the Hound Dog Unit's base.

As usual, Kihara Amata led him inside, guiding him into the laboratory. He lay down on the examination table, preparing for another round of injections and hightech procedures designed to enhance his superpowers.

However, today felt different.

Previously, each experiment had brought incremental improvements, but nothing dramatic. He could sense his abilities growing, but the progress was gradual.

But this time, something clicked.

It was as if the barrier that had been holding him back was suddenly shattered—his superpowers surged to a new level, and his mental computation abilities expanded exponentially.

"Finally… I've broken through to Level Five."

Standing up from the examination table, George glanced at the diagnostic screen. It confirmed what he already knew—he had officially reached Level Five superpower status.

"It's time to pay a visit to the major churches.

But first… I should investigate the Board Chairman and see what secrets he's hiding."

With that thought in mind, he turned and left, his next move already set in motion.
