"Three, two, one…ACTION!" At the shouting of the director, Keira found herself cornered into a helpless situation. She was currently filming a teen drama with the lead actor, Kyle Boyle.
"I warned you last time, Isla. Do you have to act like this? Is it fun to put her in that position?" Through gritted teeth, he spat out hurtful words.
"I didn't—!"
'It wasn't me…' The words she wanted to say but couldn't, were only echoed in her hollow heart.
She might have been mean with words, but she never once attempted to hurt Caroline physically. She wasn't that evil.
"You didn't? What bullshit." Marcus refused to listen. He knew best what his childhood friend was like. Her poisonous personality was something he tolerated for the sake of their family connections.
"Fine then, what of it? What would YOU do if I was the one who ordered a few others to lock her up in the storage room?" If he wasn't willing to listen, she wasn't willing to explain anymore.
