POV Lex Luthor DCAU
I sigh and take a seat after watching the video that was supposedly recorded by my future self, who is also younger now.
'If he hadn't said too many things that only I would know, I would think this is a prank from some brain-dead imbecile.'
I wasn't sure what to think about it. If everything said is true, then I have been wasting my life for no gain. I think back to what my future self said.
Future Lex: "You can continue on this path, but it will waste our minds and potential. I can't force you to do anything. Nor will I try. I know myself well enough to know that we can be stubborn beyond belief. But let me tell you one last thing. If you want to be worshiped to be a god among men, then uplift humanity and stop playing games with an alien that wears underwear on the outside. We create our own purpose in life, but sometimes that purpose leads to a dead end. Do what you will with that info."
I stand up and look out the window to see the city. Despite my plans and theories, I know what is said in that video is right. Once I am done looking, I open the box that came with the video. In it is a syringe. If what my future self says is true, then this contains the cure to my disease. It would also prevent Braniac from taking over my body. I hesitate, but then I force myself to inject it. I hear his voice, and it becomes garbled. I have to fight through the pain it causes, but once it is over, I get up from the floor.
'Time for a new start. Let the Justice League continue down this pointless path. Now, let's think of what to invent first.'
POV Rio
I had been long enough for Ultimate Necrozma to be unsummoned, and from what I could tell, only two beings survived until the end. The Presence and Lucifer survived. Heavily injured but alive. There were also 53 surviving gods, but they survived because they didn't get involved. Of those gods, only 12 can be considered good. So, in order to make sure only good gods remained, I summoned Markiplier, I mean Metroman, and gave him the simple orders of killing any negative karma beings he could find in the God Sphere. I only sent him there once Lucifer and the Presence left with the help of Metron.
'That should get rid of the gods easily enough since they can't even get close to Metroman's speed. As from what I can tell, this is the highest power version of Metroman, and his top speed should be a few times the speed of light. Then again, if he fought a being like comics' Wonder Woman, then I am not sure who would win.'
There were other reasons why I chose Metroman. The first being that he can tell what someone's Karma value is. Combined with his not having the weaknesses of Kryptonians, it makes him able to deal with magic much easier. The next was that he would be summoned for a month, and I was fairly sure he would finish the enemy before then. But in case that doesn't work, I also sent Omniman to assist. Omniman will literally never tire. So I was confident they would deal with the problem. And when they finished, they would be transported here to finish their summoning time.
'Now, for the last summon I wanted to use.'
I had no intention of leaving the Presence alive. If possible, I would want Lucifer gone, but I would settle for his current situation, where he is trapped on Earth-666 and has lost a sizeable chunk of his power. Combined with the power loss, he will suffer when his father dies, and he will be strong, but no longer Multiversal Level. The Presence was also trapped, but his flimsy morals and apathetic behaviour make me think he will just try to destroy everything and start over. So I sent him a housewarming gift. In the form of an unkillable, unstoppable, and unescapable Doomsday.
'That should deal with that, but just in case, and because I think it will be funny to watch.'
I summon Mr. Myxlplyx to Earth-666 to bother Lucifer. I knew they would be quite the combo. Once that was all sorted out, I checked on my clones I sent all throughout the Young Justice Universe and found that they were doing pretty good. But one caught my attention specifically.
'If I recall correctly, that is the one assigned to Atlantis. I wonder what he is up to.'
He had created a few dozen weaker clones, and then he transformed them into something I hadn't seen in decades.
'He's not going to do what I think he is, right?'
POV Aquaman
I was investigating a strange disturbance near Atlantis's borders. I went alone because I thought this was possibly a plot by Black Manta.
'But then again, he was last spotted in Germany, so I am not sure he would be causing strange sounds here.'
I arrive at the location of the incident and find that most of the sealife has moved away. I found that odd and prepared for battle. But I didn't sense any danger, instead, I found a collection of clams, but they didn't seem like clams.

I start hearing music and get a bad feeling.

I just look around at the creatures and think about how my life got here. I decided to just swim away and pretend I didn't see anything. But as I swim away, I catch myself humming the song.
'Damn it! That is going to be stuck in my head for weeks.'
POV Rio
I find myself both laughing and annoyed. Despite it being hilarious that Aquaman was forced to see that, I hate that the song is now stuck in my head. But I could at least see why it was done. The Clone used Aquaman's distraction to sneak into Atlantis and copy what we wanted. Not that it was necessary, but I can guess that I would do the same in their situation. But I had one question.
'Why did Aquaman recognize the Seaponies?'
I wasn't really sure, but I figured I would find out later. The other things that happened were some accidents that tragically took the lives of some villains.
'I mean, it was a complete accident that Joker mixed the wrong chemicals and blew himself up. A shame and a real tragedy.'
A few villains needed to be permanently dealt with as they couldn't be redeemed. Joker was one. But some others included Ra's Al Ghul, Vandal Savage, Scarecrow, Brainiac, Doomsday, Metallo, Mongul, Lobo, and many others. Some planets needed to be dealt with, as there were a few Apokolipses in the Omniverse that didn't have a New Genesis to deal with them. Even with Darkseid dead, there were still armies of creatures and evil generals ready to invade the Universe. But that could be dealt with in time, as they would first fight themselves for dominance and, in some cases, destroy themselves or weaken themselves enough that another power will wipe them out.
'Now what's next on the agenda. Oh right, I need to use Drain Knowledge on Dr. Ivo. Amazo is interesting, but I would rather it is not made and Dr. Ivo can improve Amazo so that he becomes a real threat.'
There were actually several targets for Drain Knowledge. All villains, of course, but I knew they needed to be dealt with before they cause some sort of crisis. I mean, I wasn't sure how much I would learn from Vandal Savage, but it never hurt to check. I also needed to learn the synthesis methods of Promethium and gather some of them. I wasn't fully sure that Promethium could be produced in the Minecraft Dimension since it wasn't a naturally occurring material, but I figured it was worth a shot.
'Now let's get to work.'
