Chapter 13 - Chapter 13

[Ding]

[The Dungeon will now be made… Please wait until the Construction of the Dungeon is Completed, The Estimated Time until Completion, is in thirty seconds.]

Brick-like Squares started to be formed on top of each other as the construction took place, and it reminded me of something that I had seen before, but it seemed to be taking too much time! I looked at my surroundings and noticed that I was surrounded by trees, but no animals, nor any signs of life! The air smelled stale, but it also smelled fresh, and that was odd!

after a while the bricks started to form around all of this forest, somewhere around a hundred meters, a humongous Tower started to form its size was roughly that of a ten-story building, and the width of the tower was enough to store armies, and an entire village it was two hundred and fifty meters wide, and it was one thousand-thirty-three stories high.

The tower looked like a giant concrete slab that was connected to the ground via a huge metal plate that covered the entire surface of the land, and there were holes in the metal plate where windows could be placed.

The tower looked like it was made of cement or something similar, and there were no doors or anything like that.

The tower had a few pillars and supports, and it seemed to have been built in a circular shape with an opening in the middle of the top floor which was a giant hole.

The structure was so big that you couldn't see the bottom from the top, which was what caused me to have trouble making sense of its existence.

I was looking at the tower with my eyes, which was not very smart since the tower was clearly visible from anywhere.

[Ding]

[Tower Completed, due note each use of the difficulty that will happen in the Dungeon, each Difficulty will have a different territory, with different layouts, terrains, and monsters. The inside of the Dungeon will be changed per difficulty, you will teleported inside,]

In the next second, I was teleported inside of the tower! It was just as tall as the exterior of the tower, but unlike the outside, there was no gap between the interior and the exterior walls. Instead, the walls were lined with thousands of crystals that glowed brightly, illuminating the space within. In addition, the floors were filled with hundreds of pillars that supported the ceiling and allowed it to remain intact despite being so massive.

Thier was this Big Gate in the center of the room that was twice as wide as the entire floor itself. it looked to be able to fit a train car or maybe a truck and the gate was flanked by two columns supporting the ceiling. At the top of the column, there was a door that led to... Well, wherever it was I was supposed to go.

"Hmm….. I'm going to take a guess and say that whatever is on the other side is what I'm supposed to fight Right?…."

When I pushed the gate opened what greeted me wasn't a dungeon with walls, but an apocalyptic city that had fire encompassing most of the buildings, that buildings were destroyed with rubble everywhere. It was also raining ash and smoke from the fires burning, but when I entered further in, it became clear how dangerous this place really was.

It was like walking into a warzone with bodies lying everywhere, in the middle of everything there was a horde of humanoids, some still moving while others were dead, blood and flesh scattered everywhere. But the worst part of it all was the smell, the stench was unbearable and sickening. The corpses were decaying and smelled awful, I got dizzy from just standing near the area.

There was a strange aura surrounding these humans, as if they weren't fully human anymore, as well as an unnatural glow emanating from them, with glowing Red gems assorted inside of their bodies their hands had these red gems inside of their flesh, along with their clothes.

They looked like corrupted versions of humanity, with red gemstone eyes and skin, wearing rags and leather armor that looked torn and dirty. Their weapons were rusty swords and spears, their faces showed signs of pain, agony, fear, and horror, but none of those emotions shown on their faces matched what they actually felt, instead they looked angry, murderous, sadistic, and hateful.

At a closer look, they had these Cracks plastered onto their skin running across their bodies, with some having multiple cracks running across them.

Are they Golems? Or maybe Homunculus? But from what I remember, Homunculus usually look human and don't have Gems, or Cracks running across their bodies, so Golems? Let's not worry about that let's just kill whatever it is, after all, they are free-to-get experience points for me to use.

Let's test out the Skill: [Sea Of Life], that I got from Tiamats Authority,

[Use Skill: Sea Of Life.]

Black Liquid started to form around my claws, making a vortex of Black Water, it kept Expanding, more and more until it encompassed 20 meters in diameter, then 30, 40, 50, 60...! And finally 100 meters, Black Water encompassed everything in site anything that wasn't 20 meters High was submerged.

The Black Water submerged everything while creating a vortex of water so dense it would be hard to swim in, black liquid spikes impaled everything that was in the Water, and even Buildings became victims of its wrath.

The spikes impaled the Golmes, they Squirmed on the spike and broke apart into pieces like a toy made of wax being thrown into the fire, as their bodies burned and their souls were sucked away into nothingness by the black liquid. The water itself was viscous and hard to move against. When it collided with a body it would turn them into a puppet and send them flying, the spikes pierced every inch of the body without exception. The black liquid also moved with ease, the water flowed like molasses.

As the water rushed towards the surviving Golems the spikes penetrated their bodies and tore them apart. The Golme's armor melted under the heat from the water which turned them into charred corpses.

It was as if the water possessed a mind of its own, the water pushed everything before it and destroyed anything that got in its way. The Water grew denser until it was almost solid and then started to spread out again.

As the Black Water rose higher and faster, a huge wave formed, which crashed into the land, destroying everything within reach.

Afterward, the waves stopped rising. Everything remained calm once again.

'Maybe I went overboard, it's not like I could have known that [Sea Of Life] was going to be this overwhelming of a skill, as this is Tiamat's skill but it's limited why is it so Overwhelming? Or were the opponents just weak?….'

[Ding]

["You have reached level 20, Unlocking the Evolution category"]

["Pick your Evolution"]

["Kid Calamity Dragon"] (B)

- A dragon feared for its relentless destruction and the chaos it brings wherever it goes. Storms rage in its presence, and entire cities crumble beneath its might. Though it does not corrupt the land, its very existence spells disaster, as if calamity itself follows in its wake. Those who cross its path rarely live to tell the tale.

- 2 Evolutionary Paths up to (A).

["Jörmundir"] (C)

A serpentine dragon with incredible venom, the Jörmundir's poison is so potent it spreads throughout the land, leaving a desolate wasteland. Its presence corrupts the environment, causing plants to wither and the very air to become toxic. While the Jörmundir has evolved into its current form, there are no further evolutionary stages for this creature. The venom it excretes remains its most devastating feature, spreading destruction wherever it slithers.

- Has No Future Evolutionary Paths

Rolling Dragon (C)

The Rolling Dragon is a unique dragon capable of curling itself into a ball, using its powerful, muscular body to roll across the land with incredible speed. When it finally comes to a halt, the impact of its landing causes massive destruction to the surrounding terrain, flattening forests, crushing structures, and creating shockwaves that devastate the landscape. This dragon's strength lies in its ability to create chaos through its relentless rolling, with no control over where it ends up, making it a dangerous force to reckon with. Known for its unpredictable nature,

- 1 Evolutionary Path up to (B)

["Once Evolution Occurs you will enter a vegetable State, for an Unknown amount of time for you to grow, you will gain Characteristics of the Dragon you Chose, Such as if there is a Chaos Dragon as an evolutionary Path you will Gain the Chaos element, it would be the same for other Evolutions if there was a poison dragon, you would gain that element and characteristics, such as poison fangs, Claws, Miasma, You would inherit these Characteristics of the Evolution"]

Huh? I'm able to evolve. I thought that I would naturally Grow. It's not like I'm complaining I will take anything that would benefit me,

Jörmundir is not a wise choice, as I would lose all Chances of Evolving afterward, while also causing every place I go to be a wasteland I would instantly become the most wanted Dragon in any world I go to, as who would want? A dragon that makes any Land that it has Into a Wasteland?

It's tempting because of the incredible poison it has but all of the downsides just say no, as For Rolling Dragon it seems ideal other than the fact that its known to be a Dragon with no Control of where it ends up when rolling this seems like a dragon that has Insanly good Destructive capabilities but has no ways to Control them, witch makes it almost useless for me as I lean more into the control type, in battles so this leaves me with.

Kid Calamity Dragon The Description is extremely vague, but honestly, this is probably one of the better ones as the other ones are mostly combat-related or worse, which don't really help me as I have plenty of combat skills, and control skills, so this would be the best one to go with, Kamish thought while clicking on Kid Calamity Dragon.

["Would you like to evolve into Kid Calamity Dragon (B)?"]

Y/N

Without a second thought, I slammed my claw down on "Yes," a decision that would soon make me regret... or not—honestly, who can say?

The moment I clicked, my body jerked violently, and an overwhelming wave of pain shot through me. It was like my muscles were being stretched and twisted, then frozen in place. A strange numbness followed, as though I'd been injected with something strong enough to knock out a bear, but also... a bit too much? My vision blurred, and then a robotic voice chimed in, cutting through the fog in my brain.

["You will be in suspended animation until the evolution is completed."]

Ah, suspended animation? That sounded... extremely fun. Not. I wasn't even sure if I was supposed to be happy or terrified right now, but at this point, it was too late to back out.

[Once awakened, you will automatically receive rewards for clearing the dungeon.]
