"You look truly stunning today," Micheal said and Alice's right eyebrow twitched.
"Hey, don't try to flatter me. It won't do you any good." She said to him, trying to shrug him off.
"Oh, but I'm just being sincere. Your appearance today is quite unlike the usual but you look stunning regardless."
Alice went silent. He was flattering her so shamelessly. Was he hoping to achieve anything? Did he want something from her?
If it was to go into the auction house with her out of curiosity then he should just forget it because that was a no. She went alone the last time, so it would be suspicious if she brought a company this time around. And more so when she was meeting the supplier of that disgusting product.
She would get her answers from him and then finish him off. No use leaving such a dangerous person alive.
