As they waited for the boss' decision, Kelsie stood beside Zoe.
The burly racer leaned on the race car behind him, eyes pinned on Kelsie as he questioned witb a straight face, "You're a pretty woman with a nice ride. What's your job, princess?"
Kelsie returned his gaze stoically, "Don't call me princess."
He clicked his tongue, smiling lewdly as he continued, "Why not? You're totally a princess. You also reek of a white collar job."
"Lawyer, surgeon or manager, which are you? How do I know you're one of these? Because your kind are the only ones who throw money at their problems."
Keira smiled grimly.
"If money can solve the problem, why not?"
His face instantly stretched into a proud smile.
"You're definitely the right kind of your people. I like you."
Soon, the person they sent to fhe SUV returned.
As the boss' instruction was whispered to him, the burly man's eyes fell a little. But this emotion disappeared the very next second when he glanced at Kelsie.
