Chapter 28 - Zen-Ba-Gag!

During the seventh year of Queen Victoria II's reign, a message reached the Royal palace, sent directly by a workman of the fields—from the hands of the farmers.

The letter, stained with panic and hastily written in ink, read:

'To Her Majesty,

From a humble farmer, speaking on behalf of others who dare not write this letter;

We had just returned from selling our harvest, taking a path behind the mighty Big Ben (to visit a friend), when we stumbled upon a street and heard a sound louder than the bangs of drums. We traced the sound and soon found ourselves in front of an old, weathered church... There, by the door, our eyes fell upon a creature twice, nay, thrice the size of a man.

This creature crashed its body against the space on the other side, trying to break free, but something barred its way... a barrier, perhaps. We dared not linger, fearing its escape. I pen this letter, sending it directly to your hands, hoping it reaches your notice before the creature breaks loose.'"
