In all the video footage Kaminari had seen before, All Might had never unleashed such widespread destruction in a city setting.

"Right, I never explained this to you. Kyoka and Tetsutetsu already experienced it firsthand," Kaminari said. "For the next ten minutes, all your physical abilities will be enhanced, especially your speed and agility!"
As Kaminari spoke, his gaze remained locked forward.

His golden eyes shrank sharply.
His expression turned razor-sharp.
Because in the swirling dust, a black figure was getting larger.
