BACK IN THE AVENGER'S HQ, Vision is wearing normal clothes and is standing over a pot. One hand near the pot itself, the other hovering beside a book leaning against the workbench as he reads it. "'A pinch of paprika.'" He reads out-loud before looking over at a tub with red powder and attempting to bring out a pinch of it. "A pinch." He repeats, putting the pinch of paprika into the pot, looking up when he sees Wanda walk into the room.
Wanda walks over to the counter, coming around and standing beside Vision, watching him. "Is that paprikash?" She asks, looking into the pot.
"I thought it might…" He thinks for the right words. "…lift your spirits."
Wanda chuckles softly as he picks up a wooden spoon, stirring the ingredients softly. She carefully picks up the spoon and lifts it to her lips. She blows on the sauce before tasting it, a smile coming over her face. "Spirits lifted." She tells him.
"In my defence, I haven't actually ever…" He seems hesitant, pointing towards his mouth. "…eaten anything before, so…" He looks down at the woman.
"May I?" Wanda asks, using the spoon to point towards the pot.
"Please." Vision replies, backing away from the kitchen counter, allowing Wanda to doctor the food to a more favourable taste. "Wanda?" He says, looking at her. Wanda nods slightly, letting him continue. "No one dislikes you, Wanda." He tells her.
She frowns curiously, glancing up at the synthezoid. "Thanks." She answers, sounding unsure with herself.
"Oh, you're welcome." Vision answers. "No, it's a…" He looks at her. "…involuntary response in their amygdala. They can't help but be afraid of you." He explains.
Wand glances up at him for a moment. "Are you?" She asks.
"My amygdala is synthetic, so…" He gives her a soft smile.
Wanda laughs slightly at him. "I used to think of myself one way. But after this…" She raises her hand, the fingers glowing a tint of red. "I am something else. I'm still me, I think, but…" She shakes her head. "…that's not what everyone else sees."
Vision touches the yellow stone, the mind stone, in the middle of where his eyebrows would be if he had any. "Do you know, I don't know what this is?" He admits and it glows slightly. "Not really. I know it's not of this world, that it powered Loki's staff, gave you your abilities, but… its true nature is a mystery. And yet, it is part of me."
"Are you afraid of it?" Wanda asks him.
"I wish to understand it." Vision corrects her. "The more I do, the less it controls me. One day… who knows? I may even control it."
Wanda looks down at the food in a pot, walking around the counter. "I don't know what's in this but it is not paprika." She admits. "I'm gonna go to the store. I'll be back in 20 minutes."
Vision comes in front of her, stopping her from leaving. "Alternatively, we could order a pizza?" He suggests.
"Vision, are you not letting me leave?" Wanda asks carefully, looking him in the eyes.
Vision stands right in front of her, tilting his head to the side. "It is a question of safety." He answers.
"I can protect myself." Wanda argues.
Vision takes her hand softly, not letting her break free. "Not yours." He admits, almost guilty. "Mr. Stark would like to avoid the possibility of another public incident. Until the Accords are on a… more secured foundation."
"And what do you want?" Wanda questions.
"For people to see you…" He strokes her chin. "…as I do." She looks up at him gravely.

The sky outside is dark and foreboading, casting down the large white building. The grass outside is slightly marked from an biforst opening a few months to a year ago. The compound's outside lights illuminate a circle around the building, allowing those inside to have a slightly better view of outside. Inside, a purple skinned man, Vision, floats above the floor, his feet barely skimming the ground as he goes through the hall, into the kitchen where Wanda is busy. An explosion in the distance lights up the room for a moment, causing a small shockwave. Wanda quickly comes over to the winodw, looking through it, Vision doing so by her side. "What is it?" Wanda questioned.
"Stay here, please." Vision ordered. He phases through the wall, going towards the sound of the explosion.
Wanda's eyes lightly up and she uses her powers to grab a large kitchen knife, which she throws behind her, stopping it milimetres in front of Clint's nose. She looks at him in confusion, her hand still up, red glowing in waves around it and the knife. Clint's hand carefully comes up and moves the tip of the knife away from his face, looking back at the telepath. "Guess I shoulda knocked." Clint says slowly, barely fazed at the knife that had been thrown at him mere seconds earlier.
"Oh my god!" Wanda gasped, lowering her hands back down, stepping to the side, watching his movements. "What are you doing here?" She asks him.
"Disappointing my kids." Clint answered, taking an arrow out of his holster and shoots one on either side of the room, a few metres away from each other and low enough that they would be hard to notice until it's to late. "I'm supposed to go water-skiing. Cap needs our help. Come on." He summerises
They start to walk away, going towards the door, only to stop when a voice come from behind them. "Clint!" Vision shouts in a commanding voice and the two stop, turning around to look at the android. "You should not be here." He tells him.
Clint looks over at him. "Really?" He sighs. "I retire for, what, like five minutes, and it all goes to shit." He remarks.
Vision ignores his arragont remark. "Please consider the consequences of your actions." He warns, coming closer, his body jerking back when it sparks come out form the arrow tips in the wall and trap him, his body shaking slightly, sparking and crackling, some parts short-circuiting.
"Okay, they're considered." Clint says sarcastically before looking back over at Wanda. "Okay, we gotta go." He heads towards the door but stops when he sees that Wanda isn't making a move to leave the building with him. "It's this way." He tries to coax her in coming with him.
Wanda shakes her head softly. "I've caused enough problems." She tells him.
Clint frowns as he runs back fro where he was at the door, going back over to her. "You gotta help me, Wanda." He tells her. "Look, you wanna mope, can go to high school. You wanna make amends, you get off your ass." He says quickly, his eyes widening when he notices that Vision shot at the two arrows with the mind stone, breaking free of the force-field he was in. "Shit." He curses. Vision comes over and quickly punches Clint, knocking the man to the floor, only for him to recover quickly, getting back up. "I knew I should've stretched." He moans, extending his baton and tries to hit Vision, but the the android phases, the baton going right through him. Clint resorts to punches, most of them not effecting or not even hitting Vision before he then tries the baton again, this time it breaks into two when it hit's his body. Clint tries to kick Vision, but his leg goes right through him. His eyes widen at the action and during his moment of shock, Vision gets Clint into a headlock.
"Clint, you can't overpower me." Vision reminds the archer.
"I know I can't." He glances over at Wanda. "But she can." He warns.
Wanda comes closer to Vision, her arm outstretched, looking quilty. "Vision, that's enough." She orders, sounding kind. "Let him go. I'm leaving." She confesses.
"I can't let you." Vision repeats his earlier statement, still gripping tightly onto Clint's neck.
Wanda draws her arms away from her, them now glowing with red energy in her finger tips. Vision's arms become more transparent and Clint slowly slips from Vision's grasp. Vision looks up at Wanda. "I'm sorry." She apologises.
"If you do this…" Vision's voice flatters from the force that Wanda is exercting. "…they will never stop being afraid of you."
"I can't control their fear, only my own." Wanda reminds, coming closer to him. She concentrates, her eyes glowing with the same energy, watching as Vision glows from the inside, his legs buckling forward, his body going backwards, his arms outstrentched as Wanda continues to control the density of the matter in his body. Vision's weight causes him to crash through the floor as she continues to manipulate his body, causing him to go through several floors. Wanda and Clint walk over to the gap in floor and look down.
"Oh…" He looks down at where Vision is multiple floors down. He looks back at Wanda. "…come on. We got one more stop."

A silver car is parked in an overpass, a blond woman was sitting in the driver's seat, waiting. She get's out, seeing a beaten up blue beetle coming in, and she walks over to it, examining the car with a critical eye. She chuckles, watching an man come out, with a white top on. "Not sure you understand the concept of a getaway car." Sharon jokes, looking from the car over to Steve, who is standing against the car.
"It's low profile." Steve argues softly, glancing at it and back up at Sharon, following her as she goes to the back of her car.
"Good, because this stuff tends to draw a crowd." Sharon reminds him, unlocking and opening the boot of her car, revealing his and Sam's gear which she had stolen from the task force centre. She looks back at Steve.
In the getaway car, Bucky is sitting in the back, his legs drawn up to his body, grumbling from where he sits in the back seat. "Can you move your seat up?" He asks Sam, who is currently sitting in the passenger seat.
"No." Sam says quickly and without mercy, looking out of the window to where Steve and Sharon are having a conversation.
"I owe you again." Steve tells her.
Sharon forces a smile. "Keeping a list." She informs him jokingly before glancing over at Bucky. "You know, he kinda tried to kill me." She reminds him.
"Sorry." Steve apologises. "I'll put it on the list, too." He thinks for a moment. "They're going to come looking for you." He reminds her.
"I know." Sharon admitted.
"Thank you, Sharon." Steve answered.
"I should go." Sharon reminds him, quickly getting back into her car.
"Okay." He tells her, stepping back as she quickly leaves.

A small battered, old car drives up the empty floors of the Leipzig airport parking garage, before getting up the 6th floor where a grey van is parked off to the side and parked beside it, turning off the car. He quickly gets out, going over to the car, greeting Clint who is standing at the driver's door. "Cap." Clint nods slightly in respect.
"You know I wouldn't have called if I had any other choice." Steve tells him, slightly apologetic.
"Hey man, you're doing me a favour." Clint brushes it off. "Besides, I owe a debt."
"Thanks for having my back." Steve answers, watching as Wanda comes out from the other side, her hands in her pockets.
"It was time to get off my ass." Wanda chuckled.
Steve nods before looking back at Clint. "How about our other recruit?" Steve asked, getting back to the matter at hand.
Clint walks over and opens the van up, showing a man laying down inside, leaning against the back of the cab. "He's rarin' to go. Had to put a little coffee in him, but…" He looks down at the man, Scott Land, "…he should be good."
Scott rubs his eyes, looking around, up at the bright sky outside, his eyes squinting at the sudden change. "What timezone is this?" He wonders.
"Come on." Clint encouraged, helping him out. "Come on."
Scott walks over to where Steve is standing. "Captain America." Scott greets with a wide smile, taking his hand enthusiastically, shaking it.
"Mr. Lang." Steve returns.
"It's an honour." Scott replies, before looking down at his hand. "I'm shaking your hand too long." he realises, quickly removing it from his grip. "Wow! This is awesome! Captain America." He smiles before looking over at Wanda with childish glee. "I know you, too. You're great!" He then turns back and feels Steve's shoulders, barely even thinking about it. "Jeez. Ah, look, I wanna say, I know you know a lot of super people, so…" He lowers his hands. "…thinks for thanking of me." He sighs before looking over at Sam, barely even realising his mistake when taking. "Hey, man!"
"What's up, Tic Tac?" Sam asked, looking at the ex-thief.
"Uh, good to see you." Scott answered. "Look, what happened last time when I…" He starts to say, referring to him breaking into Avenger's compound in his suit.
"It was a great audition, but it'll… it'll never happen again." Sam says quickly before he can continue, trying to keep what happened quiet.
Steve looks over at Scott. "They tell you what we're up against?" He asks him.
"Something about some…" He glances at Bucky. "…psycho-assassins?"
"We're outside the law on this one." Steve explains to him. "So, if you come with us, you're a wanted man."
"Yeah, well, what else is new?" Scott chuckles, used to being a criminal.
Bucky buts in. "We should get moving." He reminds them quickly.
"We got a chopper lined up." Clint informs them.
Dies ist eine Notsituation. Alle Passagiere müssen den Flughafen sofort evakuieren." (German: This is an emergency. All passengers must evacuate the airport immediately)"
"They're evacuating the airport." Bucky realised, automatically translating the German in his head, looking back at Steve.
"Stark." Steve grumbles, gripping his hand tighter.
"Stark?" Scott questioned, looking confused.
Steve looks over at them. "Suit up." He orders.
