When she went to cooperate with the investigation, she had said that the substance was not hers, and now it was simply a matter of reiterating that fact.
So, by now, the medicine bottle must have been under inspection. Those in the lab were all tech moguls; determining what the inspected medicine truly was should be a matter of minutes.
If they discovered what this medicine was, not only would she be unable to remain at the base, but she would also never be able to hold her head high again.
