In the evening, Chu Yan was leisurely feeding the cat when he got home.
"Have you eaten?" Qin Zhao brought food from outside and joined him for dinner.
"Not yet."
Chu Yan's lips curled up when he saw her return.
He was clearly pleased with her behavior of not staying out all night.
While sitting down to eat, Chu Yan stared at her eagerly, "Feed me, you weren't here at noon and I got food all over my clothes."

Chu Yan was worried that the food would be cold by the time he finished, so he wanted Qin Zhao to eat first.
