Angus remained silent.
"Angus," Lily called gently.
"Angel, can I just spend my days with you without mentioning them?"
"Why?"
Angus sighed. "I can... but I'm not looking for them," he responded quietly.
Lily simply stared at Angus.
Noticing her gaze, Angus immediately pulled her into a hug. "I'm sorry, don't be annoyed," he pleaded quickly. "I... I... I'll look for them," he whispered.
Lily still didn't speak, which made Angus more anxious. "Angel..."
"Alright, I'm not angry. I won't mention them until a week has passed. After that, you have to help me search for them," she stated.
A joyful smile spread across Angus' lips, and he kissed Lily in response. "I promise," he vowed.
Lily smiled. "Let's eat quickly," she suggested and began feeding both Angus and herself.
Debby, who had intentionally passed by the dining area, witnessed the scene and clenched her fists tightly.
