Roar!
The battlefield was quickly filled with the roar of beasts as the soldiers activated their beast form.
Their bodies became bulkier, and their armor stretched.
Some looked like wolves, and some were in the form of bears.
Whoosh.
In their beast form their speed increased and they lunged at Lin Fan with great speed.
"Lin Fan!" Ho Ming thrust his sword with whatever he had.
He also activated his turtle shell artifact to try and protect Lin Fan with it.
Thud.
They got stopped by the translucent turtle shell that engulfed Lin Fan and Ho Ming.
Lin Fan smiled and turned to Ho Ming, giving him a pat on the shoulder.
"I knew I could always depend on you. But don't worry, they are of no threat to me."
Ho Ming nodded and then deactivated the turtle shell artifact.
The soldiers in beast form descended upon Lin Fan.
Soon, Lin Fan was buried under the mass of soldiers.
Lee by now couldn't breathe as he saw how Lin Fan was so close to killing off the commander.
