The skyscraper is located in Tianhai's most thriving central financial district, and given Tianhai City's status as the economic center and its prominent international metropolitan position, the land here can be said to be worth its weight in gold.
And this super tall high-rise towers up from this very spot. Its construction was topped off two years ago, initially opening only its museum on several floors; it wasn't until this year that the project was declared finished, and it began to operate on a trial basis in stages.
