~The Haunted Dragon~
Everyone looked at the coffin as if it was mesmerizing.
"Who do you think is in it?" Natsu asked curiously as Happy smiles
"I know! A skeleton of a person of some kind." Happy says frightening Lucy a little bit and sending some chills down her spine.
"Don't do that Happy!" Lucy says
Natsu laughed as Happy giggled. Arvalis was at the desk looking at old papers and such moving some over and reading some of them. Belle managed to take notice as he was checking them out.
"See anything?" Belle asked
"It's in a whole different language." Arvalis says
Belle takes a look at it and begins to decipher it for him. She nods knowing what it's all saying.
"You know what it's saying?" Arvalis asked
"Yup. It's a diary or...what is left as a note to those who enter this room after defeating the necro drake." Belle says
"Necro Drake? That thing didn't look like a drake." Erza says
"Interesting.....unless ...."
All of a sudden the Necro lizard begins to move as something underneath the bad flesh skin moves as goldish skeletal bone wings spurt out from the back. Everyone glanced over as the lizard began to spasm as then the flesh exploded all over the place.
Dark gold bones shimmered as a dragon emerges from the lizard. The hissing was heard as some dark gold flames spewed a bit from its mouth. It charged up an attack only to look straight up and let a concentrated beam of dark gold magical energy shooting straight upwards.
As it shot the beam, it went right through that led to the foyer of the castle and straight up through the roof.
"That's no drake.... that's a skeletal dragon." Arvalis said while Natsu was getting pumped up.
"Since you said it is a dragon....I can slay it. Come on buddy!" Natsu slammed his fist into his hand grinning with excitement.
"Natsu wait!" Lucy yelled stopping him from going forward.
"Aye Sir!!" Happy runs and jumps onto Natsu's back as he uses his air magic to have wings appear.
"Why?! There's a dragon I need to slay." Natsu said as the Skeletal dragon made its way upwards where it made a hole. Natsu with Happy on his back flew up through the hole to give chase.
"Anyway..." Arvalis went up to the coffin where reached for the lid and tried to lift it but was struggling.
"A little help please." Arvalis says as Erza and Natsu help him lift the lid of the coffin up and off. Right there was a crimson blood red gate key with an emblem of a bat.
"Hey Lucy....that one of a kind gate key is right here." Arvalis said as she came over and reached down in and grabbed it.
"This key....it has so much magical power." She said studying it as everyone looked at it.
"That's the key that I was gonna give as a reward. I found documents of it inside the castle in the master bedroom saying it was hidden deep below the castle in a small dungeon." Belle says
"And that's when you put out a job request as a castle raid for our guild?" Erza asked
"Correct." Belle answered
"Well...should I try it out? Should I open it?" Lucy asks
"Yeah...just say your usual line but say 'Gate of the Bats, Dracula'." Belle says
"Alright, Open: Gate of the Bats, Dracula!" Lucy said as a red gate magic circle appeared as bats swarmed around together as a tall stature of a black haired male having a black cape. His fangs showing.
Dracula peered over and saw Belle and the moment he saw her, he snickers with a grin.
"Well...if it isn't the Princess of the Underworld. Glad to see you again after all this time." He said
"Oh Dracula, you never changed." Belle says as Dracula chuckles.
"It's good to have a reunion and all, but Natsu is fighting that Skelgrand and we should help." Erza says
"Apologies....but before we go, the contract madam Heartfilia." Dracula bows to her.
"Right, so when are you available?" Lucy quickly discussing the contract with Dracula.
"All set Lucy?" Arvalis asked
"Yes." Lucy says
"So how are we gonna get up there real fast?" Erza asked
"I'll take care of that." Dracula says as with the shadow of his cape, he gathered Arvalis, Erza and Lucy and then flew to the hole in the ceiling and upwards as Belle floated and flew up behind him.
Meanwhile, the Skelgrand comes up from the hole of the roof of the castle coming out. As it comes out, it looked around and then roared.
"Hey Lizard brain! Over here!" Natsu came up with a flaming fist upper putting the face was it went backwards and stumbled down from on top of the roof.
It fell down the backside of the castle landing with a big thud. Happy on Natsu's back flew towards the dragon.
"Fire dragon iron fist!!"
Skelgrand rolled over with its tail swinging and hit Natsu sending him over to the trees. Natsu somersaults and lands on a tree as with his feet and used his flames from his feet to propell himself forward.
"Fire dragon Sword horn!"
Skelgrand swipes down as Happy with Natsu dodged and weaves around and then slams into the chest of Skelgrand. Skelgrand was pushing backwards into the castle breaking through when Dracula and Belle went off in separate directions as Skelgrand came barreling through.
Natsu chuckles with a sneer.
"Oh yeah! I'm all fired up!" Natsu roars as Dracula cams over to the side and let everyone out of his shadow.
"Thanks Dracula." Lucy says
"No problem madam." Dracula says while Erza requipped her sword as well as Arvalis with his Greatsword. Skelgrand cocked back then pushed forward it's head as it spewed out a jet of golden flames.
Natsu jumped forward as he began to eat the flames. As he finished eating the flames into his stomach he burped.
"Man, that puts a fire in my belly...and it's a weird taste. Bleh." Natsu says as Skelgrand raised its hand as a shadowy aura envelops it swings downwards.
Arvalis and Erza jumped forward and slashed at the hand cutting it off. Erza requipped to a spear as Arvalis tried to change out his Greatsword with a spear too, but it didn't work.
"Again?" Arvalis muttered as Skelgrand swiped from left to right. Arvalis was in its path as he put his Greatsword up sideways blocking it as he was sent hurling to the side while Erza managed to nearly dodge.
"Arvalis!" Erza roared
Arvalis hit the wall so hard he went out the side and into the haunted woods colliding and breaking trees that fell down as he skidded to a halt.
"Arvalis!!" Natsu, Lucy and Belle yelled
"You messed with the wrong people buddy!!" Natsu roared as he jets forward.
"Fire dragon wing attack!!" Natsu crosses his arms as flames trailed and collided onto Skelgrand.
"This is for Arvalis!" Erza yells stabbing the dragon with a spear then jumps away then requips her heavenly body armor and sword.
"Circle wheel!" Erza made swords spin around and went at the Dragon.
"Dracula hit it with all you got!" Lucy yelled as Dracula spread out it's cape and magical bats hurled at Skelgrand.
"Ghost God, Spectral Borealis!" Belle slashed through the air with both arms as spectral slashes of energy hurled at Skelgrand.
All the attacks collided onto Skelgrand as it roared. It then expelled magical energy forcing everyone to go backwards a bit.
"Damn this thing is strong." Lucy says
"i never faced a dragon like this before." Natsu says as Skelgrand put its hand back on reconnecting it.
Out in the haunted forest on the ground, Arvalis groaned as he got up. As he got up, the triplets from before finally came back.
"Oh great. You three again." Arvalis said as he raised his hand and grabbed the hilt of his Greatsword and yanked it out of the ground with one hand.
"We have unfinished business...." Kaze said
"Lightning make....hammer!" Arashi had a closed fist with it up and an angle was an electrified hammer appearred that come down. Arvalis dodged.
"Water make: Thousand needles!" Mizu yelled as Arvalis swung his blade around onto the flat side as the water needles hit the blade that pushed him to a tree where his back hit it.
"Wind make Eagle!" Kaze yells as Eagles of wind magic hurled at Arvalis catching him by surprised and pushed him away real hard. Arvalis screams in pain as he was tossed away hitting a tree sideways. He let go of his blade as it then vanished.
Arvalis was on the ground now facing downwards as he tried to get himself up. The triplets walking forward.
"Unison magic: Storm Make, Aerial Crash Wave!" The Triplets say together
The combined magic of wind, electricity and water formed into a swirling blue electricity came down. Arvalis eyes widened.
"DON'T YOU DARE GIVE UP!!" Yelled a female voice from behind Arvalis as it was Belle that appeared.
"Ghost God, Spectral Borealis!" Belle unleashed ghost spectral energy in waves at the unison magic that collided and exploded.
"Who the hell are you?" Kaze asked
"Are you a Fairy as well?" Arashi yelled next.
"Yes, I am a member of Fairy Tail...." Belle says as she was helping Arvalis up.
"Hey! We didn't tell you to pick him up Fairy scum!" Mizu yelled
"How dare you...." Belle set Arvalis up against a tree then turned around facing the Triplets. "Ganging up on my friend like that."
"B-Belle?" Arvalis muttered as a whisper as Belle walked forward to the triplets.
"You have no chance of beating us. We're the Maker triplets." Arashi said
"Yeah? So what....I'm a Ghost God Slayer." Belle says as she leaned forward and with a step flash leap with a slash, she appeared on the other side of them.
"Ghost God secret Technique, Astral Step."
In that moment, the three immediately fell to an unconscious state falling over onto the ground. This moment, Arvalis realized he's happy she's on his side.
She came back over to him offering her hand as he grabbed it and she helped him up. An arm was put over her neck and shoulder as she wrapped an arm around his waist.
"Thank you." He says
"No problem." She says as she helped the two back to the castle where Lucy, Erza and Natsu took on Skelgrand even more.
"That Necro dragon is relentless..." He says
"Yeah...I know. Something is feeding it magical energy." Belle says as Arvalis noticed the castle giving the Necro dragon ethernano.
"That's why....NATSU!!" Arvalis roars as Natsu looked over to his left.
"DESTROY THE CASTLE!!" Arvalis yelled and Natsu smiled.
"Alright! Time to put things into over drive! Lightning Flame Dragon mode!" Natsu was covered in flame and lightning.
"Lightning Fire dragon: Brilliant Flame!!"
A ball of fire and lightning was shot upwards destroying the top portion of the castle.
"Natsu! Arvalis what's this about?" Erza asked blocking Skelgrand attacks.
"The castle is feeding ethernano to Skelgrand. That's why it's never ending....the castle is it's life force." Arvalis says
"How do you know this?" Lucy asked in her Dracula Star dress form fighting alongside Dracula.
"I can see the ethernano from this castle feeding Skelgrand." Arvalis says as Natsu continues to destroy the castle as Skelgrand was weakening.
"Ghost God, Spectral Slash!" Belle stopped Skelgrands tail from hitting them annihilating it.
The castle began to deteriorate even more as Natsu went crazy. Natsu landed on the ground ready to use his secret Technique. Everyone went down on the ground taking cover.
"Lightning Fire Dragon secret Technique, Crimson Lotus: Exploding Lightning Blade."
Natsu's right was covered in flames as his left covered in lightning. He then spun around in a circle as a vortex of flame and lightning engulfed the rest of the castle and the dragon.
The dragon roared as it disintegrated and the rest of the castle as well alongside it. At the end Natsu roars.
