(A frog catches another fly)
"I see it now!" Keiaru had awoken her clairvoyance to the spirits beyond as they flew and even swam through the skies if you could imagine the difference. But upon setting her eyes upon the red spot and the but she got confident jumping from too far away but before she could prepare to land she noticed she jumped higher than before. Flailing hopelessly she grabbed desperately at any floating spirits she fell past till a hand caught her only to see the hand come from her father and oddly it had a purifying stone within it.
"Keiaru we should get Fujima's net to hold this thing down the stones get recoiled from the spirit possessing the fish, I cant restrain it my self, and you cant swim"
"very well but... must you mention that?!"
not giving the time to bicker Renzo simply gestures her to follow running into the forest "What about the fish!?" Grunting at the lack of answer she reluctantly follows leaving the fish to chase closely.
"Fujima!!!" Hanzo shouted "Why don't you try that trick of yours!" though he shouted aimlessly every corner he rounded was close to Fujima "Cant I get enough time to set up a trap" he thought before balling up his net "We could've been brothers forever Fujima!"
Jumping down from the tree he was hidden behind Fujima's tone seems to change "You're right, we could've if you had actually decided to leave behind your bandit life."
"There is no way anyone of us but you could leave behind our life!"
"Your sister believed in a new life. Why cant you."
"You didn't either!"
"Still stubborn." the calmness of Fujima's voice angered Hanzo to no end. The two charge at each other as Fujima tries to take the offensive but is overwhelmed, out ranged, and forced to evade he slips under Hanzo's spear but is kicked from under so he pulls out his net twisting it into some kind of meteor hammer. "Do you think you can fight with that? I thought you had new tricks."
"Well it'll have to do. and I just thought of a few things I could do with this"
"Lets see them then"
Suddenly Fujima starts spinning his net above his head before suddenly spinning it vertically building up more speed to unleash another swing creating a kind of relentless flow. The unfamiliar style had Hanzo stumbling back until he managed to stab into the net forgetting its ability to catch anything but as soon as he remembered he charged forward knowing Fujima's net was stuck as well. The moment as he moved within range Fujima weaved around his punch before pulling the net on his face and dragging him down forcing the fight to equal range.
The two pause for a moment catching their breaths until Hanzo unleashes a punch that Fujima blocks before Hanzo lets go of the spear with the other hand which is deflected and then a counter from Fujima is aimed toward Hanzo's head but it misses hitting the ground. They pause again and given the chance Fujima tosses the spear away which distracted him enough to get struck in his ribs which is followed by an attempt to grapple but Fujima rolled back gaining distance.
Gripping his ribs he starts spinning his net again "That hurt." he softly chuckled to himself he then swings the net as Hanzo charges but he casts it when Hanzo got close finally catching his former brother.
The two sat in a tense silence thinking of ways he could apologize or even explain himself "For the first time you think before-" Hanzo was about to break the silence but he is interrupted.
"Fujima! there you are, we need you" Keiaru and Hanzo finally catch up
"Who is she Fujima?"
he shrugs his shoulders before joking "my kidnapper"
"I will let that insult go because we need your net" suddenly Keiaru drags Fujima letting Hanzo follow if he wanted "I'm a bit out of my league with these two" he thought, before shrugging.
The fish was waiting at the border of the forest with an unusual amount of malice but the moment it sees Fujima and Keiaru it starts slapping trees into the air in attempt to hit them "What am I supposed to do against THAT?!" he shouted, both scared and furious "Catch it"
"As if this net could even wrap around its nose!" Keiaru tosses Fujima towards the fish "Good luck!".
Fujima is now careening toward the fish -that I'm now gonna name Mondai- though the moment he tosses the net upon Mondai something unnatural happens. Like the purification stone the spirit of the fish tries to repel the net but the net only grew more and more slowly wrapping Mondai completely. When fully trapped it suddenly turns into ash leaving nothing behind but a small trinket in the shape of a fish.
Fujima grabs the trinket before walking to Hanzo silently handing him the trinket. He slowly frustrates himself, unable to find the right words to say again "it's alright Fujima. I understand"
"You do?"
Hanzo nods before standing up saying "you aren't forgiven completely though" which slightly disappointed "When I find you again I hope you will have some words put together for us"
as the two chuckle dryly Fujima nods his head "I will"
Hanzo cracks a dry smile before leaving holding the trinket tightly, mind set on finding Minami.
while after a while Fujima Renzo and Keiaru were on the road and Keiaru was looking into the spirit world before seeing a bright red light in Fujima's hand. Though even stranger, an unclear spirit seemed to follow him.
"Who was he Fujima" Hanzo inquired leaning over his shoulder
"My brother." he opened his hand to reveal another bone trinket which slightly shocked the two who slowed down trying to process the information.
