Seeing Brian approach,
one of them finally reacted.
In terror, he dropped his automatic rifle, pulled a pistol from his thigh, and fired at Brian while screaming crazily, "Die, monster!"
Swoosh swoosh swoosh~
Brian moved in a blur, almost like instant teleportation, appearing right in front of him. He grabbed the man's neck with a large hand and twisted fiercely. Without any hesitation, he then slung the man's head toward the distance!
The body, with a twisted neck, smashed against a tree and heavily fell to the ground, as if battered and twisted, resembling the destruction caused by a car crash, with at least most of its bones broken.
"No explosion."
Brian relaxed a bit.
He had thought that these collars were like the bombs in movies that exploded when they sensed their host had died.
Now it seemed, the technology was too advanced, and the likelihood of accidental triggers was not low; they wouldn't be as commonly seen as in the movies.
"Monster!"
"Monster, indeed!"
