The news of rogue werewolves had spread to all supernatural beings in Northbridge City.
The Nocturnal Order arranged patrols around the city to ensure no humans were harmed by the rogue werewolves. But if any humans were injured or killed, the Nocturnal Order would have no choice but to cover it up, claiming it was the work of robbers or wild dogs.
"I thought my life would be peaceful as long as I stayed away from the front lines," Louis groaned, complaining because, for the past two days, he had been going back and forth between the Nocturnal Order and human authorities to deal with the rogue werewolf situation.
Since he was responsible for acting as the bridge between werewolves and humans, Louis had been working the hardest to resolve the crisis.
