Just then, the woman suddenly reached out with her left hand to grab Lidi's hair and pull her into her arms!
"Yoyoyo!!! Let her go!" Joey yelled.
But in an instant, the woman bit down on Lidi's neck. There came an indescribable squirming noise, and Lidi screamed.
"She!! Oh God...!!!"
Lidi couldn't speak. Her eyes rolled back, and then, something black travelled from her neck into her brain, sucking away a large portion of it.
The three men were stunned, watching Lidi slump to the ground, her limbs limp. Mike hesitated about whether to call the police since he had smoked a large can of marijuana in a state where it was illegal.
"Damn it! Lidi!" Joey didn't dare to go forward.
By the time the woman let Lidi go, a large chunk of flesh had been bitten from her neck, her artery was ruptured, and blood gushed out like a fountain. She was completely unconscious, lying limp on the ground.
