Spencer had clearly anticipated their reaction. Adjusting his glasses, he said:
"We can't hide in the shadows forever; the sun will rise eventually. Standing in the light is just a metaphor; no one knows what relationship exists between the Foundation and the Dawn of Humanity," Spencer said.
