"Great Emperor, you have indeed been overworking yourself these past few days, your complexion has started to turn pale," said the queen gently.
The man lying on the bed took the woman's hand from his face, held it in his own and, exerting a little strength, pulled her into his embrace, inhaling the fresh fragrance of her.
"Suya, you are always so gentle, what am I to do with you?" he lamented.
The woman called Suya smiled faintly, "As your queen, it's naturally my duty to comfort my husband, isn't it?"
Suya's voice, much like her name, gave a sense of cleanliness and hearing it was truly comforting.
