The next day, Gina Lopez had James Brown drive her to the company. She had a feeling that if she let James accompany Emily Lopez, the two of them would play even wilder. But if she just let Emily go out to play by herself, she wouldn't cause much of a commotion; therefore, she decisively had James go to work today.
Today, Gina did not directly submit her resignation to the headquarters. She still had some matters to take care of. For her, it was essential to see things through from beginning to end. Even if she was going to leave, she insisted on completing all the tasks on hand.
It was after six when Gina finally left the company. By that time, there weren't many people left inside the building; only James Brown was waiting in the logistics department, idly playing some computer games.
Gina called out to him, and the two of them took the elevator down together and went straight to the underground parking garage.
