During dinner, James Brown thought that just like last time, the sisters would secretly tease him again, but today they were surprisingly well-behaved and did nothing to him, which relieved James Brown.
Yet, James also felt a sense of loss, as if he was secretly hoping that the sisters would tease him together.
This made James mock himself inwardly, feeling utterly shameless for trying to avoid the sisters' affection while still thinking about such things.
After dinner, James Brown brought up leaving again, and Gina Lopez did not stop him this time. She brought his shoes to him and said with a smile, "I'm sorry, I just wanted to eat the food you cooked, that's why I didn't let you go. You can't be mad at me, okay?"
James could not help but laugh and said, "Just say it straightforwardly, it's not the first time I've cooked for you, it's no big deal."
Gina Lopez playfully blinked and said, "It's different now, isn't it?"
