Sunny Nguyen and James Brown didn't speak in the cafe. It wasn't that she didn't want to say anything, but when she went to find James Brown, he had already disappeared. It wasn't until she came out that she saw James Brown in the car.
"Why didn't you wait for me?" Sunny sat in the passenger seat, fastening her seatbelt while looking at James Brown and asking.
James Brown put out his cigarette and said with a smile, "I saw so many people in the cafe supporting you. If I had shown up, wouldn't that have led them to gossip and affect your image score?"
Sunny gave James Brown a look and said, "Do you think I care about how they see me?" She then laughed sarcastically and said, "In their eyes, I'm probably just a cast-off wife, an ex-wife who can't let go."
