Reading a handout with a bunch of rules and guides are enough to wreck my brain already. I sighed, my social battery is running out so I slept on the table, it has barely been a few minutes for me when I was shook awake by none other than the calculative but oh-so-stubborn Horikita.
"Wake up, this is not the time to sleep."
"*yawn*… oh right thanks- uh… what's your name?" I pretended to not know her name 'cause y'know, OOC.
"Horikita Suzune, now get up." She continued to shake me until I sat up before heading back to her seat. That was pretty kind, and odd, of her, even more so to tell me her name before she told Ayanokoji.
Meh, author's fault.
Hirata Yosuke took the lead as expected: "Everyone, can you listen to me for a bit? Since we're going to be in the same class for the next 3 years, how about we all introduce ourselves to get to know each other better?"
The other students all turned towards him and agreed. Confidence is really powerful, I wish I had that… unfortunately I can only muster enough to introduce myself, shame.
"My name is Hirata Yosuke, but you can call me by my first name. Although I like sport, soccer is my favorite in particular. Nice to meet to meet you all." His introduction gained a round of applause from the class. Kushida was next.
"My name is Kushida Kikyo, since none of my classmates in middle school are here, I hope to become friends with everybody!" Speak of the devil.
After a round of students and a bit of Sudo's rampage, it was my turn: "Hello, I'm Yukina Yuzuki, I like light novels but other than that, I don't really have anything to brag about. I hope to get to know everyone better." Okay, decent enough.
It was Ayanokoji's turn.
Being called out unexpectedly, Ayanokoji didn't have time to prepare for his introduction, or he was still in the planning phase. "Um… My name is Ayanokoji Kiyotaka… and uh, there's nothing in particular about me, nothing at all… and um, nice to meet you guys."
Damn... he messed up... Well he had no emotional knowledge in the White Room after all, any introvert would've blown it too, right? Anti-socials do have it hard. I gave him a thumbs up to cheer him up, signaling that he did his best while also trying to hold back from laughing like a hyena's screech. The class also gave claps for him, but they sounded more like claps of pity rather than admiration.
After the tour around the school, we finally got to see our dorm rooms we'll be living in, the first 7 floors are for men while the other 7 belong to women. Before heading to my dorm room, I walked up to Ayanokoji to exchange phone numbers with him.
"Ah, Ayanokoji-kun! Wanna exchange contacts?"
"Yuzuki-san… for what reason though?"
"To be friends? aqquaintences? I wanted to know more about you and everyone in class, and you seemed to need some help for making connections, but it's okay if you don't want to..." I slowly pulled my phone away, my voice faltering a bit. He doesn't seem like to need any help, in fact, in the og story line, his relationships with everyone seems to be going well even though they see him as a lonely person-
"Sure." Ayanokoji surprisingly agreed and pulled out his phone.
We managed to exchange contact numbers. That was shocking.

Oh dang it… almost forgot about that…
Well I'll cancel it then!
Anyways! I should try and befriend Horikita too, I hope it works out.
The next day, Sae-sensei explained about the points system. Starting the first period, everyone aside from the students who are paying attention, were using the phones, we're gonna get our points deducted… lucky I have the system with me and a good stock of private points.

After school, I was persistent on following Horikita to get her number. Following her to the cafe, the mall, the bathroom (outside the stall for privacy) and to her dorm room (at the doorstep for privacy), all while calling her repeatedly.
"Horikita! Can I get your phone number-"
"No."
"Horikita-"
"No…"
"Ho-Ri-Ki-Taaaaa"
"…How are you in the vent?"
"Secret~ and a bit of skills."
"Leave me alone..."
"Nope!"
After a while of pestering, I had managed to get 2 numbers, Ayanokoji and Horikita. I was pretty proud of myself for that, even though I had to be annoying. Anyways! I wanna try texting Ayanokoji first.
