The chapter opens with Adam standing rigidly in the dimly lit alley, his mind swirling with confusion and disbelief. Before him are Sona and Tayo—perfect replicas of his creations—staring him down with cold, unfamiliar gazes. Their refusal to acknowledge him has shaken Adam to his core.


"I don't understand…" Adam mutters under his breath, his voice barely audible. His chest tightens as he tries to make sense of the surreal situation. How can they not recognize me?


Ani, standing beside him, watches Adam's reaction intently. Though she's unsure of what's happening, she can sense the weight of his emotions. "Adam," she says softly, placing a hand on his arm, "what's going on? Why do they look like Sona and Tayo?"


Adam doesn't respond immediately. Instead, he closes his eyes and takes a deep breath, attempting to calm the storm raging within him. His thoughts are interrupted by the sound of Sona's clone speaking.
