It no longer mattered to Henry whether the woman he spent the night with four years ago was Charlotte or Lily. All he knew was that they were two different people. He also realized how insensitive he had been when he found out Charlotte gave birth to eight children. Moreover, it was likely they were not his children.
After everything that had happened, Henry finally realized how Charlotte had captivated his heart long ago. He was attracted to her personality. His feelings had nothing to do with the one- night stand they shared four years ago. However, he knew there was no way he could tolerate it if Charlotte did have kids with another man.
