"How much do you need to train me fully?" Arlon asked.
"Though it won't be fully, six months would be enough," Agema said.
Arlon considered her words, then reached into his inventory and pulled out a small, unassuming locket. Without hesitation, he held it out to Agema.
She took one glance at it and wrinkled her nose. "Ah, what an ugly necklace." Then she smirked, flicking her gaze toward June. "Why don't you give it to your girlfriend here instead?"
"She is not my girlfriend," Arlon stated flatly. "And this isn't that kind of gift. It's a locket that can hold a soul inside."
Agema's amused expression faltered, replaced by surprise. "What?" She snatched the locket from his hand and inspected it closely. "Where did you find this? Trion shouldn't have anything to do with souls yet."
Arlon shrugged. "Does it matter? Can you use it to stay here longer?"
