After Dean and Young Master Atom's battle ended. Dean went back to sit down taking some pills. The battle continues with no one challenging him again since he had completed his three challenges so no one could issue challenges at him to come out to fight.
Since it was the top six that would be able to qualify for obtaining the Shadow Wolf Cubs and there were eighty contestants involved.
Dean was already in the top ten right now he has fought three times. Which qualifies him to step into the top ten. His first battle got him to the top forty his second battle to the top twenty and finally, his battle with Young Master Atom got him to the top ten.
After that when the list of those that made it to the top ten he was at the last spot of the table meaning he won't be able to compete for Shadow Wolf cub.
If he wanted that he would have to battle two times more for him to get there and those in the top ten list were way stronger than Young Master Atom.
