"Fiona!" Eldric loudly called her name, moving closer to her, only for William to step in front of her with a dark look on his face.
"Fiona is my lover! Back off!" William snapped, but Eldric simply sent a confused look at him, even as his gaze slowly darkened to match William's.
"Not only did you kidnap her, but you dared to hurt her in such a way, and yet you still speak!"
"William, how dare you!" his voice raged as he spoke in indignation.
"Regardless of whatever you had against me, there was no reason for you to take it out on my daughter!"
"ARE YOU MAD!" William snapped, but Eldric only doubled down even more.
"Look at her! If it wasn't you, how could she have possibly been kidnapped from your mansion in your own district!"
