"He seems to trust you a lot even though he just met you. Look at him sleeping so peacefully. He just laid down at your urging without inspecting the surrounding, just like a child trusting its parent." Hua Cheng whispered, and licked Lan Xuanyu's ears.
A bright smile lit up Lan Xuanyu's face on hearing Hua Cheng's words, feeling pleased.
"Of course, our bond is still there. He's my brother, and I raised him. Trust and love is an instinct between us. If he doesn't trust his big brother, who should he trust?" He whispered smugly, seemingly pleased with himself.
