If you were to comment on how well she managed her territory, it wasn't actually that great, it was only because it was done under the name of the Doomsday game system that people were more willing to comply.
Most other territories had their Lord's identities exposed, and once people knew who the Lord was, they naturally had higher expectations, and even felt that all benefits were monopolized by the Lord. In such situations, it became difficult for the Lord to administer policies, and how could the territory develop positively?
With exposed identities, if a territory was to be managed according to one's own thoughts, one would either need to resort to iron-fisted methods or be capable of overcoming others through virtue.
Compared to these, it was still easier to hide behind the system.
But if one were accidentally discovered, given the special nature of being a Lord, it wouldn't pose any danger, so it didn't really matter.
