Yan Yan let Bao Bao sit to her right and Qi Yi to her left, snuggling cozily with one hand wrapped around each of them.
Although there were quite a few people at dinner tonight, it didn't affect Yan Yan's good mood at all when she saw Bao Bao and Qi Yi.
"Today I finally understand what 'biting the hand that feeds you' means, my dear sister, nurtured with blood, sweat, and tears, now ignores me completely." Yan Ling originally didn't have any complaints, but upon seeing Yan Yan snugly embracing both sides, he suddenly felt a bit dissatisfied.
His little cousin had always been closest to him. Since when had he been standing right in front of her without getting any reaction?
Yan Yan, with her arms occupied on both sides, couldn't free a hand to comfort her cousin.
This goes to show that there can be too much of a good thing.
Being ignored feels depressing.
But having too many people who love you to handle can be just as suffocating.
