Nowadays, most people still have limited acceptance of new things; they prefer stability and don't have a strong pursuit of new innovations.
The R&D department was only established last year, and the two employees were transferred from the province—both young college graduates with no work experience. They were supposed to assist in the development of the factory but turned out to be of no help at all.
