The warm glow of the late afternoon slowly gave way to the deep colors of evening. The RV, safe and sturdy as ever, rested quietly in a deserted place far from any roaming zombies. Inside, the magical RV felt like a little palace. Even though its outside was not very big, the inside was much larger than it seemed. It was like a medium sized luxurious RV from the old world, with enough space for a life that felt almost normal.
Lu Wuqi and Yun Qinguye gathered in the small, cozy dining area. They had scarce supplies that they had gathered during their scavenging, and now they were making the best of it. On the table lay a few cans of stew, some packets of noodles, and a container of hotpot broth. They planned to make a porridge and a makeshift dinner that did not look very appetizing at first glance, but when they tasted it, it was full of good flavors and nutrition.
