Nikolai faked a smile as he sprung up from the bed. He was holding back the annoyance and jealousy but still managed to smile.
He was already aware of the fact that Fabio wouldn't accept him, but he still wanted to keep trying. After hearing everything he said about his lover being alive, it was enough for him to give up.
"I hope you'll meet him soon," he uttered.
"Of course, I will. I must meet him" Fabio clenched his fist with determination and wore a fake smile on his face. He looked at the sad expression on Nikolai's face.
'There is no way I'll replace my Eddy with him. He should leave already and stop ruining my mood'
He thought to himself.
"If there's no other thing, I'll leave now"
"I'll see you again at the ceremony" Fabio waved.
"I got it" Nikolai turned, and left the room without even looking back. Fabio heaved a breath of relief as soon as he left. He took out his phone and checked the time.
