Chin-hwa finally woke up two hours later and found Kang-woo by his side.
This place seemed unfamiliar. Where were they? It felt like they were in a hospital, but why?
"Hwa," Kang-woo called as he raised his head and found Chin-hwa's eyes open. "You're finally awake,"
His tone was filled with relief and gratitude. He held Chin-hwa's hand and kissed it.
"Thank goodness,"
"What's going on, Byul?" Chin-hwa asked as he made to sit up, and Kang-woo helped him up.
"You collapsed and so I took you to the hospital," Kang-woo explained.
"I collapsed?" Chin-hwa looked shocked. Why would he collapse? He felt fine.
"The doctor's said there's nothing to worry about but..." He pursed his lips, looking away.
He had decided not to do anything and wait for Hwa to wake up. But now that Chin-hwa was awake, he didn't know how to bring it up.
How would he react? What would he say?
