Chapter 87 - Chapter 86 - Their Evolution

Morgan spoke with determination, her voice carrying the weight of newfound clarity. "As for our bloodline abilities, we must rediscover them. We are evolving, and with this newfound understanding of our bloodline abilities and their function, everything is changing."

Salaark regarded them with curiosity, his gaze unreadable. "What is the name of your new species?"

Morgan straightened, exuding a quiet confidence that had not been there before. "I am a Void-Feather Dragon."

Arthur followed suit, standing a little taller. "And I am an Argenthowl."

Leegaa tilted their head, their multiple eyes narrowing in intrigue. "How did you guide your auxiliary mana cores?"

Morgan and Arthur exchanged glances before Morgan asked, "What do you mean?"

Leegaa gestured with fluid precision, tracing an unseen pattern in the air. "When I observed you, it appeared as though you were shifting your mana cores—moving them from where they were generated to where you wanted them."

Arthur's brow furrowed, thoughts whirling. "If that's true... then Mogar does the same thing with each of its Guardians."

Morgan exhaled slowly, considering the implications. "That would mean our evolution isn't just personal—it's part of something larger. A system that governs change on a fundamental level."

Leegaa nodded. "Precisely. It is as if your very essence is adapting, restructuring itself based on your intent and will. This is something unprecedented."

Arthur clenched his fist, feeling the hum of power within. His mana resonated differently now, responding with an awareness that felt almost sentient. "Then we need to learn how to wield it properly. If we can control where our mana cores go, we can push our abilities beyond anything we thought possible."

Morgan's smirk was sharp and full of promise. "Then let's begin. We have a new path to forge."

As nightfall comes everyone leaves and they all agreed to meet back up tomorrow to continue the conversation.
