Star Radiance Building is one of the best taverns in Wanyi City, with its hallmark being exclusivity. The clientele is exceptionally noble beyond words.
There's no main hall, just various private rooms of different sizes, each equipped with a soundproof array. The array is usually powered by star crystals or manual labor, making it the favorite destination for the privileged elite of Wanyi.
There are five floors total.
The higher one goes, the more distinguished the guests.
On the fifth floor, there's only one hall; on the fourth floor, there are two halls, one named Ruyi and the other Idle Clouds.
At 7 p.m., a middle-aged man dressed in immaculate blue robes had arrived early. After giving some instructions, he ordered a pot of tea, a fruit platter, and some pastries, and then sat quietly waiting—occasionally sipping his tea and glancing at the clepsydra from time to time.
