Recently, representatives from various dock unions across the country had been coming here to participate in the first Likalai State Dock Workers Competition, a very special honor.
The local union being able to show its face among the General Union, the Federation, and more parallel unions was of great support to both President Scott and his own future career development.
Plus, it was a truly unique experience!
Vice Chairman Vaughn was very clear on this point, so he was involved in almost the entire process, whether it was the competition schedule, the selection process, or deciding who to invite and how to arrange for these people—he was solely in charge.
While President Scott was also contacting various people, his involvement was not deep.
