On the entire International Assassin Network site, the people listed as S-level dangerous individuals were all Underworld powerhouses with sky-high abilities, even causing national security departments headaches.
However, missing from the list was the person worth fifty billion targeted for assassination.
This indicated that the identity of the fifty billion worth target did not pose a threat to the International Assassin Network.
