The Forest God Lipo descended into the world following the Netherworld King's death. Due to the inherent nature of the Forest God, the moment He set foot upon this forbidding, bone-chilling land, a smattering of flowers and grasses emerged from the ground.
Lipo's divine power could produce flora in the Netherworld, but at the same time, the ceaseless, chilling winds of the Netherworld also made the Forest God feel uneasy.
Having come in haste, Lipo hadn't sent a messenger ahead to notify the Death God Nakbet of His arrival, and so He was treated as an invader by the guardian dog of the Netherworld, Cerberus.
Cerberus rose up on its hind legs. Within the dark, sunless Netherworld, the souls were terrified by the fearsome beast's aura and the thick, acrid stench of its murderous intent, crying and clutching their heads by the riverbank.
