The Second Young Master Su pressed the damp towel harshly against his wound. The sharp pain made him gasp, and he coughed violently from the blood in his mouth.
"Cough, cough, cough…"
After a bout of violent coughing, he relaxed his tense back and leaned against a low wall behind him, looking up weakly at the sky.
Blood seeped from his thigh and abdomen, staining the bandages a crimson red.
Those were bullets from the goblins.
In the just-passed sixth wave, a squad of musket-bearing goblins emerged, and despite having thousands of soldiers in front, stray bullets precisely struck him.
Not just one, but two this time.
And they came consecutively.
The final goblin armored vehicle directly crushed more than half of his forces, and the shrapnel from its self-destruction hit him again.
The other leg took a hit too, with hot shrapnel embedded in his thigh, shattering the femur and lodging there.
