Under the night sky, the street lamp's light spilled over his head, and also over the heads of the players nearby.

The players instinctively stepped aside.
For a moment, everything went quiet.
Bai Fu plunged the knife into Cedric's chest, and the surging electric current made Cedric twitch continuously. By the time Bai Fu pulled out the knife, Cedric had stopped moving.
But he wasn't dead yet, just extremely weak—too weak to beg for mercy, too weak to move, trapped in his fear, helplessly watching as Bai Fu tied him up with a rope and then hung him from the street lamp by looping the rope over it.
Bai Fu tied a tight knot and looked up, satisfied with her handiwork.
"If you don't like being human, you can be a warning sign."
The swaying shadow on the wall finally snapped some of the dazed players out of their reverie.
They recalled what Bai Fu had just said, and what she had done, and their already high emotions climbed another notch.
