Even though Wu Mu had always been seen differently in everybody's heart, this move was undoubtedly a bit abstract.
It felt like they couldn't quite grasp why he would do something like that.
Everyone originally had high hopes for Wu Mu's new album sales. It might not reach the previous album's 9.6 million sales, but a third of that, around two to three million, should be achievable, right?
And while just two to three million might not seem like much, it's actually enough to rank in the top fifteen digital albums domestically.
Of course, that's not counting those top-tier artists who jokingly release albums with just one song and then sell it for three to five yuan as a humor album.
It's a ranking of serious albums.
Getting two to three million sales was enough to prove Wu Mu's power and enough for him to be considered among the top-line capable singers domestically.
However, all this was based on the assumption that he would seriously promote and release it.
